Joey James

homas Joseph James Jr., known throughout the music community as Joey James, is an American singer, songwriter from Cleveland, Ohio. He is also known as the lead vocalist & lyricist of the alternative pop band CHERRY!. James broke out into the music scene in 2020 with his songs ‘Melrose’ and ‘GO GO GO!’ which helped land him a spot on television and local radio stations around the area. During the success of his two singles, James switched genres going from mainstream pop to alternative rock. It was during this time where he met his bandmate, Tyler Stage, and the duo formed the group known today as CHERRY!. The group is currently planning a debut EP along side a national tour in the United States.
