Juan Zamanillo Half part of WahM We Are Here Music / Born In Mexico Juan Zamanilllo felt identified with electronic music through the works of artists like John Digweed, Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo and many others, growing up while developing a very particular taste in music. At the age of 18, he began his career as a DJ, making his debut as an opening act for Tini Tun (one of the most important dj´s in Mexico). When he was 19 years old he moved to Barcelona, Spain and began his career as a producer and audio engineer, now a graduate from SAE Institute. Juan has shared the decks with international and national DJs such as Timo Maas, Nick Warren, Jimmy Van M, Chris Fortier,Cesare vs Disorder, Marc Marzenit, D-Nox and Beckers, John Debo, Lank, Norman H,Tini Tun,Vazik, Neftali Blasko, Dj Light, Zeque,Gepri & Mapiu Gio Rugerio and Sussie 4. In addition, he's played in different cities from around the globe like, London, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Prague and Andalucía; also, he had different residencies in clubs in Mexico City and surrounding cities such as Leon,San Miguel and Queretaro. Juan had been invited to play at the best online radio stations such as Frisky Radio, Proton Radio and Ultra FM. In 2012 he was ask by Frisky Radio to be the “Artist of the Week” and he also was chosen to be part of Frisky Loves Mexico and his show was chosen by Frisky Radio as one of the best shows of 2012.
