Man The Helm is a 5-piece alternative rock band from St. Louis, MO. Coming from all over the St. Louis local music scene, Man The Helm delivers a heavy mix of pop punk riffs and alternative rock tunes that fans won't soon forget. Their debut EP "Hold Strong" took the local scene by storm on January 11th, 2019, dropping hints of Four Year Strong and A Day To Remember in every track. Man The Helm has played shows all over St. Louis and surrounding areas, and they don't plan on stopping there.
