Diluted

Diluted are an alternative metal band from Rochester, New York formed in 2014 by SUNY Fredonia students Pat Mulligan and Zach Coffey. Initially self-producing all their music, they released a professionally recorded demo when drummer and Rochester music scene veteran Dusty West joined in late 2015.
With influences ranging from grunge and doom metal to deathcore and funk, Diluted present a fun, modern sound to their listeners. Songs like "Rhoda" and "Nemesi" capture their post-hardcore influences and love of the harder-edged emo explosion of the early 2000's, while songs like "Better Living Through Hennessy", "Sternenrotz", and "Homunculus" highlight their hardcore and nu metal influences. "Hipster Helmets & Harpsichords" and "Sledge Hovercraft" combine aggressive riffage with fun, funky breakdowns and hip-hop inspired vocals.
This heavy-hitting group have opened for such nationally touring acts as Nonpoint, My Ticket Home, Local H, Motograter, and Holy White Hounds, and were officially endorsed by American Villain Apparel, Sinister Guitar Picks, and Coldcock Whiskey in 2016.
