Michael Giammarco

Mike Giammarco is a professional singer/songwriter & performer from Rhode Island
(US). He has been writing songs since he was a teenager and has fought through much
adversity and many challenges in life to make his dream of having a successful career in
music a reality. He is a full time solo acoustic performer and is one of the more
consistently sought after and talented performers in New England. With a mix of
classic hits and rarities from the greatest decades of rock, to his amazing
performances of 90's grunge era music Mike has a set list that for a wide range of
tastes.
Mike's first official EP of original material was released back in 2014 while with his
band "Those Alone" called "String By String." It garnered Mike and the band quite a bit
of attention and radio play locally as well as stream play around the world. The album
was re-released in 2018 (under Mike Giammarco) with a bonus track and is available on
all sites that stream and sell music. These songs are all performed live at Mike's shows.
Currently he is recording a brand new album called "STAIRS TO NOWHERE" with Co-
Producer/Engineer Will Holland at Chillhouse Studios in Boston, MA. Holland also
Engineered and Co-Produced "String By String." "Stairs" is a mostly acoustic, personal
journey that focuses on Mike's songwriting talent, poignant lyrics, and haunting
melodies. The song "2 Years", already being performed live is a fan favorite and will be
featured prominently on the album. Mike is always looking for great spots to play and to
reach new fans. He feels very strongly about doing his part to get folks out and
experience live music again. That's why his shows feature the requests and a lot of fun
crowd participation. “You can't go wrong when you play what people want to hear!” says
Mike.
