YouNotUs – the Berlin-based duo caught attention with their name even before dropping their first hit. But that breakthrough didn’t take long: just months after forming, Tobi and Gregor – who met during their studies in Berlin – celebrated their first diamond-certified success in 2015 with “Supergirl” alongside Alle Farben. It marked the beginning of a remarkable journey. Today, with over 1 billion streams, numerous gold, platinum and diamond awards, and international radio hits, YouNotUs have become a key name in the electronic music scene – far beyond Germany’s borders.

Their sound lives somewhere between dance-pop and peak-time energy – sometimes emotional and atmospheric, sometimes loud and powerful. Tracks like „Narcotic“, „What It Feels Like“, „Only Thing We Know“, „Like A Punk“ or „All In“ show how effortlessly the duo blends melody with emotion and drive. But there’s more to them than that: their VIP mixes, festival edits and club tracks reveal a different side – with bold drops, heavier kicks, and high-energy tempos. At the core of everything is their creative partnership: Tobi and Gregor are the driving force behind YouNotUs – from first songwriting ideas to the final mix. Since 2025, Gregor has focused entirely on studio work, while Tobi continues to bring their music to life on stage.

But it's never just about beats – it’s about stories. Unlike many producers who simply send beats off to vocalists, Tobi and Gregor are deeply involved in the songwriting process. In hands-on, collaborative sessions with their featured artists, they craft lyrics that often reflect real-life experiences and observations – sung by guest vocalists, but rooted in their own perspective.

YouNotUs thrive on collaboration. Their diverse discography includes work with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Cheat Codes, Rudimental, Lena, Dido, Rea Garvey, James Blunt, Ben Cristovao, Marcus & Martinus, Michael Schulte, 220 Kid, Sam Feldt, Martin Jensen, Tujamo, Imanbek, Mike Williams, Moguai, Zak Abel, Julian Perretta, AKA AKA, and Alle Farben, just to name a few.

One belief has always guided their creative approach: “If we truly feel a song, it will reach others.” That connection is most obvious during the YouNotUs live shows. As a passionate and skilled musician, Tobi impresses both in traditional DJ sets and in his full YouNotUs live format, where electronic beats meet live instruments and vocals. YouNotUs tour schedule has taken Tobi to Tomorrowland, Ushuaïa Ibiza, the Street Parade Zurich, Papaya Club Croatia, RCA Bangkok, and practically every major German festival – from Parookaville and Nature One to Glücksgefühle.
