These two brilliant writer/singers sprang from the early soul days in London's late seventies -Chrysta Jones, lead singer of the hot band Animal Nightlife powered trough those hot summer nights with great dance renditions and style to burn! Sade owes a great deal to this movement , but one never hears a word from her about it. Jones is the daughter of British TV and Rock star Rick Jones, keyboardist and writer/singer of the band MealTicket, and author of many musical comedies - (Capt Crash vs The Zzorgwomen Chapters 5&6 - Laughing Daughter -etc. etc.) The duo is active at the moment, about to launch a tour of Southeast Asia to promote their latest CD, yet to be named. Catch them if you can - Michael McDermot and Chrysta Jones are Workshy - the smoothest sexiest acid soul combo on the planet.
