Woodferd is a band started by singer/songwriter Peter McKeown - so to give an accurate bio of Woodferd, we will have to start with McKeown. Where is McKeown from? a town? a hospital? a couple of people? generations before? the ether? a big bang? All of it? none of it? Where does the music of McKeown come from? a culmination of all the music he has ever listened to? a moment alone? his knowledge of music from his studies in school? the piano with the one broken key he grew up playing what he wanted on instead of what he should have been practicing? McKeown, the main voice behind Woodferd, like the author of this bio, suffers from thinking too much. Thinking too much can be a paralyzing endeavor. As one can see - in thinking too much about writing this bio - the author has already sidetracked from the task at hand and rambled about question marks and isn't much closer to giving an accurate biography of Woodferd. However, this is philosophy. An un-examined life is a life not worth living and an un-lived life is not worth examining. So, the key must be to live and examine at the same time.
