/// ITA /// La storia dei Wonder Vincent inizia tra le montagne umbre nell’estate 2010 dall’amicizia di Andrea Tocci (voce) e Andrea Spigarelli (batteria). Dopo un primo periodo di attività sotto il nome "Lo Sciopero degli Andrea", i due decidono di dedicare il nome della band all’incontro con Vincenzo Sparagna (direttore di Frigidaire/Il Male) e Vincenzo Costantino (poeta bardo milanese) creando l'antieroe dei freaks: Wonder Vincent. Fin dal principio i due iniziano a scrivere numerosi brani ed approdano su palcoscenici importanti come quello del M.E.I. di Faenza (primo live della band), del Qube di Roma e del Teatro Puccini di Firenze in compagnia di Filippo Ciccioli alla chitarra e Andrea Meriggioli al basso. Dopo alcuni cambi di formazione il gruppo trova il suo equilibrio con l’ingresso di Luca Luciani (chitarra) e Matteo Cirella (basso). Nell’autunno 2011 esce il primo EP autoprodotto "Good News for Hard Times" che desta subito interesse nel panorama musicale umbro e li porta in tour per la prima volta nellla storia della band. Il 25 Febbraio 2013 è la volta del primo disco "The Amazing Story of Roller Kostner" (WV/Cura Domestica) registrato con Marco Zitoli al basso e anticipato dal video-singolo "My Little Bunny", che premia i Wonder con l’intraprendente tour autogestito e autarchico in alcuni dei più importanti festival e locali italiani fino ad arrivare in Svizzera. Durante il lungo periodo del tour avvengono altri due cambi di formazione con l’ingresso di Fabrizio Scuteri, prima e di Alessio Aristei poi, al basso. Proprio con quest’ultimo, i Wonder Vincent chiuderanno il "The Amazing Tour" il 18 Settembre 2014 al Teatro Pavone di Perugia come ospiti de La Repubblica per l’iniziativa RNext - La Repubblica degli innovatori. Durante l’ultima fase del tour, il trio originale dei Wonder, inizia la stesura e la registrazione del nuovo disco in trio che durerà fino a Marzo 2015. Nello stesso mese registrano in 4 giorni il video del primo singolo Spoon Rest scritto e diretto dal regista Tiziano Fioriti. Pubblicato il 1 Luglio 2015, il video viene visualizzato da più di 25.000 utenti in meno di un mese e vola diretto in rotazione su Rock TV. Nei mesi successivi il video, prodotto da Strani Rumori Studio e Agriturismo Domus Santa Croce, approda alle fasi finali di importanti festival internazionali del cinema come l’Avanca Film Festival (Portogallo), l’Hamilton Music and Film Festival (Canada), i LAIFF Awards (U.S.A.), il London Digital Film Festival (UK) ed il TMFF - The Monthly Film Festival (Scozia). Il 23 Settembre 2015 è la volta di FIORI (WV/JAP Records), secondo album della band, caratterizzato da sonorità più ruvide con una forte inclinazione Stoner, che suscita immediatamente l’interesse di numerose realtà italiane ed estere. Nello stesso periodo iniziano il tour del nuovo disco rinominato FIORITOUR che li premia quasi istantaneamente con il titolo di Rivelazione Live 2015 di Novembre per il Circuito dei clubs italiani KeepOn Live. Il 27 Marzo 2016, il video del primo singolo Spoon Rest, nominato per le categorie "Best Editing" e "Best Music Video - Audience Award" al Widescreen Film Festival di Miami (Florida), viene proiettato all'AMC Theater di Aventura (Miami) e vince entrambi i premi entusiasmando la critica d'oltreoceano. A fine Agosto 2016, chiudono l'avventura del Fioritour vincendo il titolo BEST ARTIST 2016 del nuovo canale del digitale terrestre OneTalent.TV. I Wonder Vincent stanno semplicemente facendo Rock'n'Roll. /// ENG /// The story of Wonder Vincent begins between the mountains of Umbria Region during the summer 2010 by the friendship of Andrea Tocci (vocals) and Andrea Spigarelli (drums). After an initial period of activity under the name "The Strike of Andrea", they decided to dedicate the name of the band to the meeting with Vincenzo Sparagna (director of Frigidaire / Il Male) and Vincenzo Costantino (bard poet of Milan) creating the antihero of freaks: Wonder Vincent. From the beginning they start to write several songs and play on important stages such as the MEI Faenza (first live of the band), the Qube in Rome and the Teatro Puccini in Florence with Filippo Ciccioli on guitars and Andrea Meriggioli on bass. After many lineup changes the group finds its balance with the entry of Luca Luciani (guitar) and Matteo Cirella (bass). In autumn 2011 they released their first self-produced EP Good News for Hard Times that immediately arouses interest in the musical landscape of Umbria region and he takes them on tour for the first time in the band's history. The February 25, 2013 is the time of the first album The Amazing Story of Roller Kostner registered with Marco Zitoli on bass and anticipated by the video-single My Little Bunny, that rewards Wonder with the enterprising self-managed and self-sufficient tour in some of the most important festivals and ltalian clubs until arriving in Switzerland. During the long period of the tour they survived at two lineup changes with the arrival of Fabrizio Scuteri before and Alessio Aristei, after, at the bass. With the latter, Wonder Vincent closes The Amazing Tour on September 18, 2014 at the Teatro Pavone in Perugia as guests of La Repubblica for the initiative RNext - The Republic of innovators. In the same month they recorded in four days the video of the first single Spoon Rest written and directed by the director Tiziano Fioriti. Published on July 1, 2015, the video reached more than 25,000 views in one month and goes straight to on RockTV rotation. The September 23, 2015 is the time of FIORI (WV/JAP records), the second album of the Umbrian band with louder features and a strong inclination for Stoner, Heavy and Doom, who immediately arouses the interest of numerous Italian and foreign realities. In the same period, they start the new tour renamed Fioritour that rewards them almost instantly with the title of Revelation Live in November 2015 for the Circuit of Italian clubs Keepon Live. On March 27, 2016, the video of the first single Spoon Rest, nominated for two categories at Widescreen Film Festival of Miami (Florida), is projected AMC Theater in Aventura (Miami) and won both awards for the categories Best Music Video and Best Editing. On August 28, 2016, They closed the Fioritour winning the award for BEST ARTIST 2016 for the Italian channel OneTalent.TV. Wonder Vincent are simply making Rock'n'Roll.
