Who is Will Jones?

Will is an aspiring professional musician who spends his days writing songs or on the road performing. Will starting playing music when he was six years old and has been traveling as a performer since the age of eight. Will grew up in Cana Virginia playing Bluegrass music with his family. Their family band (The Cana Ramblers) travelled professionally for six years and acquired quite a bit of attention with their last project “No Expectations.”
Will turned seventeen and decided he would continue his musical adventures, but also attend Virginia Tech University to peruse a degree in History. After graduating, Will decided that life was too short not to travel and play music. This lead into what is now an adventure/ musical lifestyle. When he isn’t on stage, you can find him somewhere on a river with a fly rod in his hand, enjoying the vast beauty of nature and outdoor sports.
Since starting his own career in music, Will has performed or done shows along with artist such as Tracy Lawrence, Sierra Hull, Sarah Jarosz, Chris Thile, Johnny Cash, Osborn Brothers, Ralph Stanley, Ben Haggard and many more.
Keeping true to his roots, Will still performs several shows a year with Terry Baucom (a bluegrass banjo pioneer) while remaining busy pursuing his very own solo career as a singer songwriter within the realm of Americana and Country music.
