Whaleboat is an indie/shoegaze east coast trio from Savannah , Ga consisting of members Blake Yokeley (guitars) , Brent (vocals, bass) Collins and Sean Moloney (drums, keys). Drawing influences from the likes of the cure , my bloody valentine & slowdive. Savannah Now journalist Christopher Berinato describes the bands sound as “sun-dappled waves of guitar, driving drums, Peter Hook-bass and soaring vocals that sound as spacious as their shoegaze indebted” influences.
