[ESP] CARLOS PAVÓN-VOZ/GUITARRA DANI PEREIRA-GUITARRA JAVI MARTÍN-BATERÍA/VOCES Warrior Poet es una banda procedente de Madrid (España), formada en 2009 por el vocalista Carlos Pavón, el batería Javi Martín y el guitarrista Dani Pereira. En Febrero de 2010 Warrior Poet entra al estudio en Italia para llevar a cabo la grabación de su primer álbum “THE PROMISE”. Scott Russo de la banda norteamericana Unwritten Law (Nº1 USA) se unió al proyecto para grabar las voces del corte que da nombre al disco, “The Promise”, tema mezclado por Sylvia Massy (Tool). En el verano de 2010 Warrior Poet firma con la discográfica independiente MALDITO RECORDS. El 6 de Septiembre de 2010 publican su álbum debut “The Promise” cosechando innumerables buenas críticas entre la mejor prensa de Rock del panorama nacional como Heavy Rock, Kerrang!, Rock Estatal, etc., catalogando el album de “Brillante”, “Sorprendente”, “Pasional” o “Aplastante”. Warrior Poet ha compartido escenario con artistas de la talla de Alter Bridge (USA), Bonafide (Suecia) o Gunshot (Francia) entre otros. En abril-mayo de 2012 la banda entra al estudio de nuevo para plasmar lo que será su segundo trabajo ”R-Evolution” que verá la luz el 19 de Octubre de 2012 en plataformas digitales. --------------------------------------------------------- [ENG] CARLOS PAVÓN-VOCALS/GUITAR DANI PEREIRA-GUITAR JAVI MARTÍN-DRUMS/VOCALS Warrior Poet is a European rock band, originally from Madrid (SP), formed in 2009 by vocalist Carlos Pavón, drummer Javi Martín and guitarist Dani Pereira. In February 2010 Warrior Poet came back to the studio in Italy (LC) for the recording of their first album “THE PROMISE” Scott Russo from the American rock band Unwritten Law joined the project singing a song with Warrior Poet “The Promise” Mixed by Sylvia Massy (Tool). In the summer of 2010 Warrior Poet signs with the Independent Record Label MALDITO RECORDS. September 6th 2010 they released their debut album “The Promise”. The album was a success in the national rock press such as Heavy rock, Kerrang!, or Rock Estatal, considering the album as “Brilliant”, “Passionate” or “Extraordinary Warrior Poet’s shared stage with bands such as Alter Bridge (USA,) Bonafide (Sweden), or Gunshot (France).
