The Supernova

Far off beyond the outer reaches of the Milky Way a star was born. Eons passed and soon planets began to form and a little solar system emerged. On a tiny little M-class planet another star was born, but this one was carbon based rather than hydrogen-helium. Years passed and the star grew. He began playing music and traveling to different planets on an intergalactic tour. From his extended time in space he passed through many patches of solar radiation which led to the genetic mutation that gave him prolonged life. The doctors on his home planet were flabbergasted. They had never seen his like before. Not only was he gifted with an extraordinary lifespan, he became the most prolific songwriter in his little pocket of the universe. After some time had passed that little star that gave birth to his home solar system began to grow out of control, threatening to consume his home planet. The greatest scholars on his planet devised a plan to create the most epic starship his kind had ever seen in order to send him to other planets and share his craft, and a warning. All life must end one day. They had hoped he could help new and different species prepare for the inevitable demise of their own home planets. The star that had warmed his little home was dying. It was as he was exiting his solar system that it happened. A giant explosion the likes of which he had never seen before that he vowed he would never forget his home, and he took on the moniker of The Supernova in memoriam for his little planet. A great period of time went by and he landed on a little blue rock known as Earth. The rest of the story is currently unfolding...
