The Ripley Effect

Formed in 2013, The Ripley Effect are a five-piece progressive metalcore band based in Tartu, Estonia. The Ripley Effect’s music is best described as a blend of different styles of modern metal music with a strong emphasis on mixing the elements of hardcore with the technicality of progressive metal. During the course of 2014, The Ripley Effect premiered it’s first promotional singles titled “Search for Truth” and “Victim”. In the summer of 2016 The Ripley Effect self-released their debut Extended Play “Light Up the Way”, consisting of 5 songs that the band has included on their bandcamp page with the availabilty for a free download, as well as on all the major music streaming services sites.
