The Great Lie

Long Island hardcore band The Great Lie is back with a new six song ep entitled Vertigo. Vocalist Kerry Merkle and guitarist Mike Scarola, along with drummer John LaFata and bassist Scott Martin (of LIHC veterans Mind Over Matter) throw down a relentless assault of heavy riffs, reflective lyrics, and pounding rhythms. Recorded this June and recently mastered by Arthur Rizk, Vertigo continues to show The Great Lie’s ability to combine aggressive hardcore and metal to create their own unique sound.
