The Frayed Laces

In 2009, London got hoards of new residents but, two guys and a gal arrived and then scoured the internet looking for band members. Joe, Ben and Emma showed up at a Leicester Square pub and, after a few pints talking music, found a lot of common ground across bands such as Jimmy Eat World, The Offspring, System of a Down and Incubus. With a list of cover idea written down we booked a room and started along the path of creating our own amalgamation of rock music. There's loud and melodic (thanks to old school Muse), songs with smart lyrics and songs which make everything go quiet (raise a glass to Fleetwood Mac). Years later, Ben, Emma, Joe and Chelsea make up The Frayed Laces and are playing their version of punk meets girly rock and roll. We play both electric and acoustic gigs.
