The Evil Streaks

If you dipped, The Cramps, into a pot of The Sonics and added a pinch of sweetness of the Go-Gos and some spice of the Ventures, you'd get The Evil Streaks. Myra (of Ghouls Night Out and Gein and the Graverobbers) pulls double duty: playing her Fender Cyclone drenched with reverb and heading up vocals. All this is backed up by some very important faces in the Necro-Tone family. John Kozik (of The Crimson Ghosts, Demons Seeds, Killslug) plays a mean fuzz guitar. The Rev (of Mongrel fame and Gein and the Graverobbers) adds some flair and power to the bass. And then we have the skilled and very energetic Too Fast Jim (The Nebulas & Crimson Ghosts) on drums!

The Evil Streaks combine the trashy garage sound of the ‘60s with the dark punkabilly sound of the Cramps. These characters, dressed only in black and white, unleash a unique brand of creepy-yet-rockin’ sound that is sure to leave you begging for more. Tortured souls cry out requests for “Devil's Mark" and "Grave Mistake" at their shows. They prove they are not one trick ponies when they pelt you with creepy cuteness with songs like “Little Witch Stomp” When they hit the stage, these dark players never fail to get their audiences going with their rockin’ riffs and sing along hooks!
