TRISTN

TRISTN is a New York-based Pop artist known for her distinct voice and character. She spent her earlier years performing at open-mic shows in New York City. Her musical influences began with Rock and Electronic music, artists such as Paramore, Skylar Grey, and Bjork. At a young age, TRISTN performed live on stage, singing cover songs in Bangkok, Thailand, where she grew up. While attending College in New Jersey, TRISTN began songwriting and performing her own music at several venues in New York City before moving to Los Angeles. During her years in the west coast, she met Emily Wright who encouraged her to further her music career in Pop music. After her recent return to New York City, she met Nick Carbone who became a key player in her music. She mainly writes songs with a wide range of instruments, mainly acoustic guitar, piano, and synths including electronic elements and sound samples. She expects to release her first single "Nothing to Say (Nothin')" in fall 2016.
