About Sunset to Burns
Sunset to Burns is a band from southwest Missouri that draws influence from nearly every corner from the musical world. Bluegrass, rock, and country music have all had an effect on this group's music. Formed in 2011, Sunset to Burns has played stages all around the southern midwest most notably in Springfield, and on Mulberry Mountain for Wakarusa and Yonder Mountain String Band's Harvest Music Festival. This quintet is comprised of Kenson Ashton (Banjo, Vocals), Lucas Roberts (Accordion, Mandolin, Guitar, Vocals), Jeffrey Johnson (Bass, Vocals), Jeff Thompson (Guitar, Vocals) and Scott Stuffelbam (Drums). A band showcasing a mix of rock, country, bluegrass and Missouri music.
