Stone Cold Outlaw

Stone Cold Outlaw is an original hard rock band from Chicago, IL. Not a band to stick to one genre, they have a habit of blending different sounds to their music like blues, country, indie, among others. Driven to be the next great rock band to come out of Chicago, they are like a runaway train about to crash through your door and anything else it's path. The band began with friends and ex band mates Paul Widner and Kenny Dooley. Shortly after auditions began, however, Kenny had to leave the band for personal reasons. Paul decided to continue on with a lineup and the band's first demo release. However, in April of 2013, after opening for Faster Pussycat, the band split due to personal as well as musical differences. Foreseeing that this would happen, Paul already had a plan in action. He recruited Cherri Jax on vocals and began playing with a new lineup that has made the band better than ever before! Stone Cold Outlaw has shared the stage with some awesome local and national acts including the legendary Tracii Guns, Fight Or Flight, Tantric, Faster Pussycat, The David Shankle Group (DSG), Hessler, LVictoria, Loveblast, and even performed on the only RockN The Valley Festival which included Skid Row, Warrant, Trixster, and The Last Vegas. The band started recording for their new album titled "The Siren To The Serpent" in April. Paul Widner has expressed that "it is by far the best recording I have ever done." The album release date is February 27th, 2015. After an almost six month search, the band finally completed the lineup with bass player Kevin Solomon. With the guns reloaded once again, SCO is ready to blow away any and all who stand in their path. Get ready Outlaws, the gang is BACK! Congratulations! You have found our hideout!
