Steven Engelmann

Born and raised in Berlin, Steven Engelmann started to spin records in 1997. He was inspired by uncountable nights in clubs like E-Werk,WMF, Deli, Ostgut, Tresor and his love to electronic music. Over the past years his sound brought him to almost every Club event in Berlin (Arena Club, Bar25, Tresor, Berghain/Kantine, Kater Holzig, Golden Gate, Sisyphos, Keller, Chalet, Weekend, Suicide Circus, Sternradio, Pfefferbank, Deep, Rechenzentrum, , Zementgarten and many many more. It didn't take a long time for his passion to take him abroad. He has played in countries such as Argentina, Belgium, Bosnien & Herzegowina, Denmark, England, France, Greece, Iceland, Italia, Netherlands, Swiss, Spain, Poland, Uruguay and more. Engelmann has shared decks with artists like Speedy J, Darko Esser, Dan Curtin, Jake the Rapper, Maja Jane Coles, Remute aka Denis Karimani, Inigo Kennedy, Fiedel, Boris Werner, Melon, Nuno Dos Santos, Patrice Baumel, Toni Rios, Agaric, Stimming, Oliver Deutschmann , Sven Weisemann, Ed Davenport , Mark Henning, SIS, Superflu, Someone Else, M.A.N.D.Y., Tiefschwarz, Oliver Koletzki, Audio Werner, LTJ Bukem, Tom Clark, Argenis Brito, Mark August , Jerome Sydenham, Slam, Dave Clarke, Genius of Time, Redshape, Miniloque, Tyree Cooper, Damon Wild and many more. In January 2009 he released his first EP "Arakido" on the Miami based Label "Axiom Recordings" with Rmx from Junior O. (Stricly Rhythm, Yoshitoshi, NRK) and Marc Cotterell (Thoughtless, Renaissance).
