Stellar Addiction

Stellar Addiction are a five piece band from Sydney, Australia. Channelling pop/punk vibes blended with alternative influences and lead singer Stacey's rich and soulful vocals, Stellar Addiction deliver a fresh sound bursting with harmonies and catchy hooks.

Having toured Europe two years running and being booked both times to play at the Ella International Lesbian Festival in Mallorca Spain, Stellar Addiction have built a solid fan base both locally and internationally. The band are a favourite amongst LGBTQI+ communities all around the world, most recently playing main stage to 80,000+ people at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras event Fair Day 2016. With both singer Stacey and drummer Tanya also being vegan and huge advocates for equality and animal rights, SA can often be seen playing at and supporting cruelty free events along with being involved with many charity organizations including the recently founded Blue Guitar Project (helping troubled youth/youth on the streets).

Their recent tour of Japan in September, launching their most recent single "Are You Ready?" was a huge success which saw the band play a string of shows including the opening night of the Kansai Music Conference in Osaka at The Hard Rock Café.

Stellar Addiction aim to use their music and performance opportunities as a platform to raise awareness for minority groups and social issues. The band believe that all shows they play should be a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community. They aim to inspire youth and work with as many kids as they can through their involvement with The Blue Guitar Project to encourage them to follow their dreams.
