About Skipper the Lion
Skipper the Lion is an Alternative band that culminates multiple influences and combines them into a euphoric and entertaining art form. Johnny Oliver, lead vocalist and founder, started this band in 2013 to pursue his passion of music and create a world that others can immerse themselves in. Along with Johnny, others shared the same vision; Trey Spears (Guitarist, Backing Vocals), Eli Helms (Bassist, Backing Vocals), and Austin Goodman (Drummer) fulfill this ensemble. Together since 2014, Skipper The Lion has performed all over North Carolina and has recorded multiple singles; including High Tide and Five Leaf Clover.
