Sikəmôr

Sikemor is an indie dream-folk band based out of Los Angeles that was formed in 2012 by siblings Rafael, Gabe and Fiona Cansino.

Growing up in a musical household, with a mother who was an opera singer and a father who played classical guitar, Sikemor's sound developed from a diverse range of musical influences. Characterized by layers of dreamy harmonies, soaring melodies and expansive, rhythmic guitar lines, their music draws parallels to artists such as Radiohead, Bon Iver and Local Natives.

Sikemor recently had their first tour throughout the northwest. They have played at venues in LA, such as The Satellite, Harvard & Stone, Hotel Cafe, Silverlake Lounge, and Villain’s Tavern. They are currently recording their first full-length record with Mike Post, of MooseCat Recording in Los Angeles.
