The debut RISE OF THE MACHINE (Release: 16.04.2010 on Fastball Music / Sony) by German five-piece band ROCKETCHIEF sets the standards for rough rock music in the new decade. Burning reminiscences from times when rock'n'roll was still young and steaming were the basis for 13 songs full of dusty sharp riffs, original psychedelic-licks and energetic headbanging. This record is alive and kicking, catchy as hell. When listening to the record, singer Freddy's whiskey-soaked vocals are going straight into your ears.
