Reviving Cecilia

Formerly of local Denver band, Consider the Raven, Connie Hong and Ali Goossens have continued their musical adventure with Reviving Cecilia. Combining inspirations such as The Beach Boys, Death Cab for Cutie, and Eisley with story-like lyrics and melodies, Reviving Cecilia has developed a sound new and familiar at the same time. Experimenting vocally, the voices of Reviving Cecilia effortlessly blend while remaining characteristically unique. Hong writes the songs on the piano, where the words and melody go hand-in-hand.
