About Rattleshack
Formed in the early part of 2011 the band has gone through a few line up changes while recording their first self released album Liars and Thieves before settling down with the current line up working under the name Southern Discomfort. The band have worked with the likes of Bob Wayne, Izzy Cox and the Dirt Daubers as well as home grown acts like Dave Arcari and King Kool and Vince Ray. Interest from the Oil Bug label came in early 2012 and sees the band currently recording a new album of new material. With this came the need for a better name and after much hair pulling it was JD Wilkes that gave them the name Rattleshack. Foot Stompin, Hillbilly Hollerin' DIRTY COUNTRY MUSIC
