Prairie Dogs

Prairie Dogs consist of Jonny, lead vocal and rhythm guitar; Chris, lead guitar and backing vocals; Chris, bass and backing vocals and Sam, drums. Their music would be described as riff driven rock. With influences such as Muse and Thrice. They were officially formed in the middle of 2010, although they have been playing together as the covers band ‘Chaos Theory’ (with the recent addition of a new drummer) for many years. Prairie Dogs were formed out of a need to separate ‘covers’ from ‘original material’. Chaos Theory are so well know for covers that they were worried that they were getting labelled as purely a covers band. Prairie Dogs are constantly writing thir own material and recorded their latest EP and Sandhills Studio. Prarire Dogs are currently looking for dates in 2012 with any promoters out there, so get in touch.
