Plat

There are at least two bands of this name.

Firstly there's the Icelandic laptop duo Plat that consists of Arnar Helgi Adalsteinsson and Vilhjálmur Pálsson. They produce harmonic ambient landscapes rich on well arranged errors, glitches, clicks and acoustic samples. They both play other instruments too (Arnar drums and Helgi guitar or bass) with several Icelandic groups of various genres. Their debut album Compulsion was released in 2005 on Unschooled Records.

Secondly Plat is a Dutch group that plays a mix between blues, rock and hoempapa music in a Dutch dialect called Gronings. They have recorded between 1989 6 CD's and 4 Singles. Also they've created 3 videoclips.
