Phalgun, an accomplished DVJ / Producer who has a cut out for both, Indian Classical and western music gives him an upper hand to explore music mixing and music production into the dark corners that one cannot ever imagine. Showcasing what music feels like, through his Visuals Set brings the best of both world to his audience. Born and raised in Hyderabad, Phalgun has been in the field of DJing for about 12 years now and "Everyday is a new day, an exciting one and equally challenging" says Phalgun, whose passion is to actualize his dream that was inflamed by his father, who is a trained Classical singer. Phalgun is associated with record labels such as Lohit Records (Proton Music),Sensoria Records,Electronic Tree, Stellar Fountain Records, Mistique Music Label,Juice Box Records,Massive Harmony Records,SuperOrdinate Records, and Melodic Records which has released few of his compositions. Music Production has been his primary focus for the last few years and his goal is to take Electronic Dance Music (EDM) to the next level. Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Ashley Wallbridge, EDX, DBN, Paul Keeley, ATB, Gareth Emery, Eric Prydz, Jaytech, Avicii, Shingo Nakamura, Dinka, Daft Punk are some of the major influences towards his love for Electronic Dance Music. Phalgun has also had the opportunity to have shared the stage with artists like Super8 & Tab, Weekend Heroes, Atmos, Jaytech, Paul Thomas, Guy J, Andy Moor, Sied Van Reel, Ashley Wallbridge, Richard Durand, Jerome Isma-ae, Mat Zo, Paul Trainer, Proff, Darren tate, Sultan & Ned Shepard, Sash, Paul Deighton and Paul Jackson of (Ministry of Sound), Mark Pledger, Chris Mcguinness, Kane Nelson (Ex Digital Society), Gordan Edge, David Jones & Greg Myers(HED KANDI) and many more.... Phalgun doesn’t usually stick to one particular genre of music and he loves to experiment with anything that sounds creative mostly in Progressive /Techno/Deep / Tech House & Big Room Electro genre. Currently concentrating mostly on Music Production for 2015. Artists like Michael & Levan, Loquai,Kintar,Divasco, Terry Stewart, Tweak & Brains and Bruno Motta have worked along in re-mixing the original compositions of DJ Phalgun.
