Paul Gaehring

Worship leader, songwriter, pastor and speaker Paul Gaehring has a strong desire to raise a generation of worshippers globally and to connect people with Christ from all walks of life. Paul began leading & writing songs for worship at an early age for the church his father pastored in South Carolina. Now Paul resides in Nashville, TN and travels to provide a worship & ministry experience that transcends age, race, & culture and is relevant to the new believer, mature christian, or someone seeking truth for the first time. Paul travels both with a band, as well as on his own, ministering worldwide. Armed with a passion to connect people to Jesus through music, teaching & prayer, Paul has seen numerous people come to know Christ and has encouraged many others to a deeper walk with God. People are healed, refreshed and renewed through this life-changing ministry. Paul is also the founder of GROW WORSHIP MINISTRIES. Whether mentoring worship leaders, coaching worship teams or leading events, GROW WORSHIP is designed to release the Church into deeper levels of worship by growing the worship ministry of the local church. Workshops & Coaching consist of teaching sessions that cover topics ranging from the modern worship movement, having a productive rehearsal, songwriting for worship, the technical side of worship, & building a strong, healthy worship team. Paul attended South Eastern College in Lakeland, FL, & Destiny Bible College in Greenville, SC. He also completed an internship with Hillsong Church in Sydney Australia. Paul has held staff worship pastor positions in ministries ranging from the well established church, to a new church plant. He has ministered in many different nations including: Australia, Kenya, Ireland, England, South Africa, Dominican Republic. Paul has directed mass choirs, produced various worship artists, released two live worship albums and has ministered beside recording artists & ministers such as Newsong, 33 Miles, Ricardo Sanchez (Integrity Music), Jason Upton (Integrity Music), Hillsong (Hillsong Music), Russ Lee (Newsong), Eddie James (EJ Ministries), Jonny Diaz, Bishop Tony Miller, Dale Gentry & Dwayne Roberts (OneThing Conference / IHOP). Paul’s songwriting has received national radio airplay & earned contracts with MTV, VH1, E & Oxogen Television Networks.
