Pat Hurley and his Whereabouts

Pat Hurley and His Whereabouts started when the lead singer/song writer Pat Hurley decided that he wanted to record an album of the first bunch of songs he written that he actually appriciated, but wanted a band to follow him. He heard that Mike Acampora(Bass Guitarist) was recording local bands in his basement, he asked Mike to record and play Bass for the album. He asked his friend's Mike Termini and Jeremy Foreman to be in the group and even in their doubts of how the music would actually come out, they said yes anyway.

Pat Hurley has been singing and writing songs since he first figured out a couple chords on his shitty keyboard since he was fifteen. The band name Pat Hurley and His Whereabouts was suggested by Mike Termini(guitar) when they were drinking right before playing their second show in their friend's basement. It was decided because yes, Pat Hurley wrote the songs but each member of the band adds his own creative interpretation of what they think the song will sound like based off what they know as musicians, the music they listen to and their personalities all combining around the songs.
