About Oviraptor Club
OviRaptor Club is a rock band with their teeth sunk in chunks of metal and funk. Their music is eclectic, energetic and playful. On stage OviRaptor Club is a powerhouse, a hurricane of fun.
OviRaptor Club formed in 2013 when the members attended a one year long program dedicated to rock-music. Oscar Ahlbin, Jonatan Almfjord, Ludwig Freij, Niklas Hagerman and Johan Palm were placed in the same ensemble. After half a year of bonding and playing covers they started rehearsing after school hours, creating their own songs.
In 2014 they recorded and released their first EP ’Machosallad’ and spent two years playing live-shows. They released their second EP ’Fishboy’ in 2016, named after the hidden track on their previous EP. OviRaptor Club press on and are currently working on new material to be recorded and hopefully released in 2017.
