Of Reverie

Rising from the Ottawa, Ontario area, Of Reverie blends many post hardcore and metalcore elements into their own homegrown blend of music. Over the course of 2013 Of Reverie put out their debut EP, The Dreamcatcher, which featured guest vocal spots from Issues’ Tyler Carter & Michael Bohn, as well as [former] At The Skylines’ vocalist, Chris Shelley. The EP grabbed people’s attention on a global scale - getting noticed by UK-based Mayhem Online Magazine, and the Californian-based Pop Vulture Magazine. The band also received radio air time in Australia, and in their home town of Ottawa. The release of the The Dreamcatcher opened the doors of touring for the band getting them a spot on a tour with Horizons, Sirens & Sailors, and Chasing Safety. The band was quickly sponsored by the Japan based FGN Guitars. Shortly after, the band released their two heavy hitting singles “Parallels” and “Voice of the Fallen” which priemered a new, heavier sound while remaining grounded in their roots. One year later, the band’s much anticipated sophmore EP, entitled “Revitalize”, was released. The record showcases a new mature, polished, and heavy-hitting sound, and has been given great feedback from fans.
