Nocaïne

FR Nocaïne est né des cendres de deux groupes chambériens (L’un PunkRock et l’autre NeoMetal) début 2007. Ce n’est qu’après plusieurs changements de membres que Nocaïne trouve enfin le line-up définitif, au cours de l’hiver 2008. Le groupe prend alors ses marques petit à petit. Début 2009, la formation se concentre sur l’enregistrement de son premier EP et part en Juillet 2009 au NSR Studio. L’EP 5 titres intitulé Silent Scream sort en décembre de cette même année et servira avant tout de support promotionnel. En 2010, le quintet entame alors une série de concerts afin de faire ses armes sur la scène régionale Rhône-alpine où il partagera la scène de Admiral’s Arms et Doyle notamment. Début 2011, Nocaïne commence à travailler sur son premier album et signe en novembre de la même année avec le label M&O Music. « Behind The Truth » sort en avril 2012 et le titre How Can You Hear In A Liars Home dont le clip fût très bien accueilli (Internet et TV), permet à Nocaïne de tourner en France et en Angleterre. Après une année 2013 mouvementée, le groupe revient et propose trois titres dans un EP intitulé « Chapters Unlocked ». ENG Nocaïne is born from the ashes of two bands from Chambéry (PunkRock and NeoMetal) in early 2007. It will only take a few changes to the team to find its definitive line-up in the winter of 2008. The band takes then its bearings. Early 2009, Nocaïne focuses on recording its first EP going to the NSR Studio in July 2009. This Extended Play (5 titles), entitled Silent Scream, brought out in December of this same year will mainly be used as promotional back-up. In 2010, the quintet starts to make its first experience going live on local stages where it played notably with Admiral’s Arms and Doyle. In early 2011, Nocaïne decides to work on its first album and signs with the label M&O in November of that year. The first album “Behind The Truth” is released in April 2012 and the title How Can You Hear In A Liar’s Home - for which the video received a cheer welcome both on TV and Internet - made it possible for Nocaïne to go on its French and UK tours.
