Morning Martyrs

Morning Martyrs were born out of the bricks of Boston via Philly, Pittsburgh, and Southern California. The past 5 years have seen this group of musicians transform and meld into myriad forms, all playing in various projects at different times, but somehow always finding their way back to a common stage. After far too long, they decided it was time focus their efforts and bring forth this beautiful, shiny new baby called Morning Martyrs. Blending their diverse and respective musical backgrounds - ranging from folk to hip-hop, country and jazz to electronic - each member spins their own unique section of the collective cosmic web of americana. Erik Kramer, Ricky Petraglia and Ryan Duchene were all members of the former band, The Blind Woods, from 2011-2013. Although short-lived, the band enjoyed some success, playing the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Fest both in 2011 and 2012, as well as playing and touring all around the Northeast and Southeast.
