Matthew LaRoux - Vocalist/Guitarist Singer/songwriter Matthew LaRoux has spent almost half of his life playing music. Growing up in the small town of Blanchard, La he was inspired by some high school friends playing southern rock music just down the street from where he lived. Not long after taking interest he received his first acoustic guitar on Christmas day '99 and since hasn't stopped playing. In 2005 he played his first gig as a bassist for an Alt rock band at Diver Down Lounge in Bossier City, La. In 2007 Matt's interest in music had developed into a heavier rock style which led to him forming local hard rock band "Anhoursday". From 2008 -2011. It wasn't until 2012 when he found his roots in country music joining up with a locally know band Dixie Tradition. Only 1 year later Matt knew it was time to grab the microphone and step out front and center stage teaming up with other musicians from previous projects forming Moonshine Blur Jordan Tromberg (J.T.) - Vocalist/Guitarist J. T. is a 26 year old guitarist and singer originally from Dallas, TX where he grew up around musicians and formed his background of musical interests. J.T. moved to Louisiana at the age of 12 where he found his calling and a year later he was playing the guitar. He has respect for all styles of music and is influenced by various rock bands, country artists and other genre's. J.T. has never let someone else's influence sidetrack him from his lifelong love of music. He believes it is important to continuously grow as a musician, learn about music as much as possible and get better one day at a time. Kyle "Spud" Taylor - Bassist From the tall pines of Doyline ,La Kyle Taylor has always had a passion for the country life and its music. Kyle originally learned to play guitar at a young age, but his primary instrument at heart has always been the drums. Exploring his interest of the rock world as a drummer Kyle has shared the stage with some big name bands such as P.O.D. and All that Remains. Deciding it was time to set the stick aside for a while Kyle knew it was time to get back to some country roots. Kyle's biggest fans are his wife and son, who love to listen to him play. Christopher Thomas - Drummer Chris is a 31 year old Shreveport native who’s musical influence came from his older brother Brad Edward Warren at the early age of 3. At the age of 5, Chris was taught to play the drums and he never looked back. He played his first show when he was only 10 years old. Chris graduated from Southwood High School in 2001 and in 2003 he joined the United Sates Marine Corp where he served until 2008. Shortly after being discharged, Chris and his brother started Louisiana Bayou Band. Since the passing of his brother in 2010, Chris has played with several other bands. Now with over 26 years of experience and playing different genre's of music, Chris has found his home in country music. We are Country music band from Shreveport, LA that is influenced by Rock and Blues, but primarily interested in 90s/current Country music.
