Born in Bronx, NY, but of Dominican decent, La ' Vega was raised on the streets of one of New York City's toughest boroughs, and also the birth place of Hip Hop. She grew up like many other inner city kids; loving Hip Hop music and culture, and also dealing with plenty of personal inner struggles. Throughout her childhood years, poetry and music gradually became her outlet for her expressions. This eventually led to her recording music for fun around her neighborhood, and eventually developing her skill as a Rapper. She was eventually picked up and signed to MVB Entertainment's artist development label MVB Entertainment Music Group (MVBEMG), in the Summer of 2013, and spent an entire year recording music professionally, shot several music videos, taking dance classes, singing lessons, and booked for many photo shoots. Stephanie Lavigat better known as La ' Vega, is a female Rapper, from Bronx, NY.
