Million Dollar Lips

Formed on July 2007 by José Raimundo, João Proença and Pedro Mateus, Million Dollar Lips presented their first single ‘Single Round’. On that same year, they started to play the first shows all over Portugal. On April 2009 they released their debut album ‘Lust’, produced by Marc Requilé (Vive la Fête and Evil Superstars). Influenced by several musical genres, classical to electronic, 80’s to 2000, they created a unique sound within the Electro-Pop scene. After the release, ‘Lust’ played on several radio stations in Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium and Brazil, the band performed on some of the most important halls and festivals in Portugal and conquered a place on the Portuguese music scene. After de releasing of the EP "Devil's got my Honey" in december 2012, MDL present the new single "The Secret Dies" in november 2013. Both will be included in their second album, which will be released in the beginning of 2014. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Formados em Julho de 2007 por José Raimundo, João Proença e Pedro Mateus, os Million Dollar Lips lançam o seu 1º single “Single Round” nesse mesmo ano e começam a dar os primeiros concertos. Em Abril de 2009 editam o seu 1º álbum ”Lust”, produzido por Marc Requilé (Vive la Fête e Evil Superstars). Influenciados por vários géneros musicais, da clássica à electrónica, dos anos 80 aos 2000, criam uma sonoridade original, dentro da cena Electro-Pop. Após o seu lançamento, “Lust” passa por diversas rádios em Portugal, Espanha, Itália, França, Bélgica e Brasil, a banda percorre Portugal com concertos em algumas das mais importantes salas e festivais e conquista um lugar no panorama musical português. Após o lançamento do EP "Devil's got my Honey" em Dezembro de 2012, os MDL apresentam o novo single "The Secret Dies", em Novembro de 2013.
