About Louisiana Appleseed
Louisiana Appleseed is a Southern Soul revivalist band from Shreveport, Louisiana. Calling upon artists like the Band and the Swampers, Louisiana Appleseed strives to combine great song writing with groove-heavy rhythm. Known for other former band names and backing many singer-songwriters in the Shreveport area, Louisiana Appleseed wanted to begin playing on their own terms and also performing original material.
