About Langston Kelly Human DJ
Creating a unique experience with every note, Langston Kelly Human DJ uses his skills at quick composition and playing multiple instruments to craft sets of funky dance, relaxing downtempo, hip-hop, and more on the fly. His musical foundation built from Jazz and Classical studies, Langston came to Pittsburgh via Duquesne University where he studied with the likes of James Houlik and Sean Jones.
After touring in Algeria with El Foukr R'assembly in 2016, Langston released his first fully improvised album "I am." Having already released his second album "Prodigious Bipedality" in July 2017, he plans to release yet another before the end of the year. Catch him also on lead vocals and horns with the funky aliens of Starship Mantis.
