KOMATYZED

Komatyzed is a 5 piece death Metal band from Lincolnshire/ Nottingham, formed in early 2007, the band have released 2 EPs ‘No One Will Be Spared’ in 2008 and ‘Your God Won’t Save You’ in 2010. (The first was reviewed in Terrorizer magazine, the review can be read below). Since forming Komatyzed have supported several ‘big names’ in metal such as: Napalm Death, Desecration, The Rotted and Man Must Die. Komatyzed are influenced by many bands across the several genres of metal a few being Carcass, Decapitated, Immortal, Behemoth and Cannibal Corpse. Currently the band is working on writing for their 3rd EP. Terrorizer Review #183 At first listen this is just another blackened DM band but, given more time, the technicalities shine through like a cleaver through pork. Komatyzed throw some breakdowns, classic solos, dual vocals and tight stops ‘n’ starts into the pot with the usual machinegun drumming and guttural beast-like growling.
