About Jonathan Wyndham

At 31, this singer/songwriter has put in the work. Moving to Nashville (from Lexington, SC) at 18 to study songwriting at MTSU, Wyndham started working in studios and touring almost immediately. In 2014, a short stint on NBC's "The Voice" introduced Jonathan Wyndham on a national scale. Playing shows after "The Voice" aired, he realized his songwriting hadn't progressed enough to build a team yet. Instead of pursuing an artist career prematurely, he took touring gigs as a guitarist while writing and finding his voice.

In the years since 2014 Wyndham has played countless shows all over the US & Canada as a guitarist, from honkytonks & small clubs to theaters & arenas. Most recently touring with Colbie Caillat & Jessie James Decker, he can go from dueting on Colbie's grammy winning song with Jason Mraz "Lucky" to slinging an electric guitar as if it's an extremity he was born with.

After the years of touring and writing, Wyndham has found what he wants to say. Like countless side musicians before him (Jimmy Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Duane Allman, Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and many more) the need to step out and play his own music came naturally and undeniably when he found his own voice. Now we find Jonathan Wyndham with something to say & the expertise to say it well.

Releasing 10 songs in 2020, finishing out the 14 track record "Nashville Rock & Soul" in 2021, a pair of "Wyndham, Duerst, & Coe" live trio EP's in 2022, and a full record releasing in 2023 starting with the lead single, "Hook Line, & Sinker" available on digital outlets February 24th, Wyndham is rolling with no slow down in sight.

From rock to soul to ballads, his catalog has it all. Wyndham says "I write music for the highs and lows. Whether you want to feel 10 feet tall and bulletproof or you're in a rough spot and just want to feel heard, like you're not alone, I've got you. I don't release a song unless it feels like it has a timeless charm, that only happens when I write honestly, pulling no punches and holding nothing back. Sometimes it's a 10 second feeling & sometimes it's a long heartache, but I'm never gonna give you filler."
