Jackson Deerfield

Jackson Deerfield is a Nashville recording artist, and is an exceptional songwriter who performs his own compositions along with covers of other country/country rock artists! He is an accomplished musician playing lead and rhythm guitar, electric and upright bass and drums. Jackson infuses his individual vocal style to create his unique sound.

His musical influences range from Merle Haggard, Keith Whitley, Randy Travis, and George Strait, to Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, Alabama, and The Eagles.

Jackson has been the opening act for several national acts such as, Box Car Willie , The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, and played state fairs and festivals with Alabama! He played at the Governor’s Mansion gala for Governor Bob Kerry of Nebraska, and through the John Durkop Agency he toured extensively in the Midwest playing casinos and clubs across the country.

He has appeared on the Nashville show You Can Be A Star and was awarded second place honors in the competition. He has been playing several clubs in the Nashville area as well as playing the Wilson County Fair in TN for the last six years and is always a favorite act there!

Jackson’s original music has been played on radio stations across the Midwest. WPIG in upstate New York aired his original It’s Too Late Baby and according to the staff the telephone lines lit up and were overwhelmed with fans calling in!

He was the featured artist on WKIX 96.7 FM Grinder Switch Hour on Saturday March 23, 2019 at 10 AM, and most recently online at TSP Country Radio where his new original “It’s All Mine” was featured on the Country Legends in the Making show where the DJ Dixie McCorkle pronounced it “a hit!”

At present, Jackson is working on a new CD project with former Opry performer Dan Drilling at Panda Productions working with renowned steel player Mike Johnson of the Country Family Reunion Band.
