A Swiss born Singer-Songwriter with a talent for combining soulful earworm pop and atmospheric indie rock. Ishantu's voice reminds listeners of names like Tracy Chapman, Linda Perry and Tanita Tikaram. Writing since childhood, she carefully crafted her skills over the years to create touching songs that build a bridge between the territory of personal experience and the expression of a collective Zeitgeist. After supporting sold out shows of Annenmaykantereit, Joris and 77 Bombay Street in the last year, she released her first Single - Lose it - that aired on several radio stations in Switzerland.
