Our Monthly Rockabilly Riot show with the Legendary Art Adams Band was all set, each month Art brings me a regional opening act to set the mood. This month it was Hudson Hornet from Bloomington, IN and boy what a treat that was! As soon as the first chord was struck, I had couples dancing and general craziness going on in the bar! These guys rocked it in true rockabilly fashion, the look, their selection of songs, not to mention thier top notch musicianship and stage presence. The perfect complement to the Rockabilly legend that was to take the stage an hour later. These guys left the crowd hot, sweaty and begging for more! I have this band booked again in December, I just had to have them back before the end of the year. This time however they're headlining the show. If you're looking to book a rockin band in the American Roots, Honky Tonk or Rockabilly style, I'll throw their name out there as one band to pursue, put them in your top five, i've got 'em on speed dial.
