Hot Chip

Hailing from London, United Kingdom the brains behind electronic band Hot Chip are Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard. The band formed in 2000. The combination of Taylor's ethereal high pitch vocals and Goddard's warm low pitch and the band's blip-blop electronics creates a dreamy sound.

Hot Chip are Alexis Taylor, Joe Goddard, Al Doyle, Owen Clarke and Felix Martin. Doyle has been offering support (guitar) to LCD Soundsystem on their latest tour, and Taylor has recently been seen gigging with Green Gartside of Scritti Politti. Rumours are now rife that the two are working together on a collaborative album.
