Maine-born Megan Light and Tennessee native Chip Greene met at a coffeehouse songwriters show in 2007 in Nashville. They became fast friends, and began writing and playing shows together almost immediately. This EP is a labor of love, completely self-produced and recorded. Their combined sense of melody sets them apart in the crowded and talented field of Nashville songwriters. Her second effort, the Black & White EP, is a five song vignette of indie-pop, produced by Eliot Houser (Shack Shakers, Old Crow Medicine Show). Greene's emotionally candid and poignant songs have charted in CMJ and been featured on Sirius XM Radio's Radar Report and in projects by MTV, Sprite and Eddie Bauer. GreeneLight is his fourth release, following the Ominous EP, acclaimed debut LP Exactly and Approximately, and outtakes/alternate versions project, Remixé Exacte.
