Gary Young

Gary Young, accomplished singer, guitarist and songwriter, currently plays in a number of acts with the cream of Australia’s artists. These include Glenn Shorrock and Wendy Matthews. He is also the front man for the well-known tribute band Scarecrow (The Mellencamp Show) as well as his cover band The Rusty Nails, one of Melbourne’s longest running pub bands. Other artists include Into The Mystic, Jon Stevens (Noiseworks), Richard Clapton, The Choirboys, Sara Storer, Eric Burdon (The Animals), Wendy Stapleton, Russell Morris, Daryl Braithwaite, Ross Wilson, Wilbur Wilde, Doug Parkinson, Joe Camilleri , Cameron Daddo , Mick Pealing and Paul Norton. He has performed Internationally such as NZ, China, USA, He has appeared on national TV shows eg. The Circle, Hey Hey Its Saturday, Asylum, GMA, The Midday Show. He has also sung on a number of TV ads.
