GIRA

GIRA (formerly known as They Shall Fall) is a 5 member Progressive metal band from Finland established by Jope (Drums) and Jere (Guitar) in 2010. The band plays progressive metal with a little bit of heavy, thrash and melodic influences. Though the old songs are more Heavy or Thrashy, the band has been concentrating on more progressive stuff now days. The band originally sang in English but changed the language to Finnish after a few years. Just as any band, GIRA has had a lot of crew changes back in the beginning but finally in 2014 the band had a permanent crew, Jere (Vocals), Jope (Drums), Allan, (B)ass) and Joel (Guitar). Robert joined the band few months later to play rythmguitar when Jere decided to concentrate only on singing. Some demos were released between the years of 2011-2013, but they have been taken down cause of shitty mixing etc. With current line-up GIRA has released "Särmiö" EP in 2014 and "Introspekti" EP in 2016.
